At Domaine Ferret, making a great wine means above all respecting the heritage, the Earth but also men, those who drink wine and those who cultivate the vine. The surrounding vineyards and fauna are closely watched, and the arrival of the vine auxiliaries is encouraged: flowering strips provide shelter, shelter and food. In addition, we intervene if necessary and at the right time, giving the vineyard the means to fight against pests and diseases. Plowed, sometimes grassed, but always listened, each vine of the domain is looked after according to its own needs. Customization is therefore required. It is therefore by knowing the soils in their distant origins, that those who work the vineyard prove that they love and watch it, it is a question of transmitting this gift of nature to future generations. The vines in property represent a total of 17 hectares on the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation.
