DBS x MyiCellar 額外迎新優惠推廣條款及細則:

1.DBS x MyiCellar 額外迎新優惠(「優惠」)只適用於在2020年8月17日至2020年9月30日期間(「推廣期」)經指定連結(go.dbs.com/hk-myicellar) 下載DBS Omni手機應用程式(「指定 DBS Omni」),並透過指定 DBS Omni向星展銀行(香港)有限公司(「本行」)填妥及遞交DBS Black World Mastercard 或DBS COMPASS VISA 主卡申請表格(「申請表格」)及於申請日期後一個月內交回所需的全部證明文件並成功申請為DBS Black World Mastercard 或DBS COMPASS VISA(「新卡」)主要持卡人的新客戶(「新客戶」)。
2.新客戶指在新卡的批核過程中,沒有申請或並不持有、或在新卡的申請日期前12個月內未曾持有及/或沒有取消任何由本行發出的信用卡主卡(包括聯營卡)的申請人。
3.新客戶必須於新卡發出日期後1個月內下載DBS Omni手機應用程式(「DBS Omni」)(如適用),並登記及啟動DBS Omni帳戶,方合資格獲贈MyiCellar電子禮券HK$200(「額外迎新禮品」),有關的額外迎新禮品將於2020年11月以電子優惠券編號形式存入新客戶於DBS Omni帳戶的eShop內。MyiCellar電子優惠券的使用條款如下:
i.電子優惠卷價值為港幣200元正,只適用於MyiCellar手機應用程式。
ii.有效期至2021年4月30日止,逾期無效。
iii.最低消費達港幣200元或以上方可使用此優惠。
iv.持卡人須以DBS信用卡支付餘下金額方可享優惠。
v.持卡人必須於付款前輸入電子優惠券編號方可享用優惠。如新客戶於進行合資格交易時未能輸入電子優惠券編號致未能享用優惠,本行及參與商戶概不負責。
vi.此電子優惠券無法與其他優惠編號同時使用。
vii.不可兌換現金,並恕不接受找續或退款。
viii.如有任何爭議,MyiCellar 保留修改有關條款及細則與終止優惠的最終決定權。
4.於推廣期內,每位新客戶只可享優惠一次。為免產生疑問,如新客戶向本行遞交多份申請表格並成功申請多於一張新卡,就所有在推廣期內遞交的申請而言,新客戶將只能獲贈額外迎新禮品一份。
5.額外迎新禮品只適用於在推廣期內至送出額外迎新禮品期間,新卡戶口信用狀況良好(由本行全權決定)、仍然有效及無欠繳的新客戶。本行可全權酌情決定新客戶是否合資格獲得額外迎新禮品。
6.新客戶必須不涉及任何濫用/違規,方可獲享額外迎新禮品,否則本行將從新客戶的戶口扣除與額外迎新禮品等值的金額而無須另行通知,及/或採取行動以追討任何未償付金額。
7.本行可修訂本條款及細則及/或更改或終止本優惠。本行的決定為最終定論。
8.如中英文版本有不一致之處,概以英文版本為準。


DBS x MyiCellar Extra Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions:

1.DBS x MyiCellar Extra Welcome Offer (“Extra Welcome Offer”) is only available to the new customers (“New Customers”) who have successfully applied to become the principal cardholder of DBS Black World Mastercard or DBS COMPASS VISA (“New Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) during the period from 17 August 2020 to 30 September 2020 (“Promotion Period”) by downloading DBS Omni mobile application through the designated link (go.dbs.com/hk-myicellar) (“Designated DBS Omni”), then complete and submit the DBS Black World Mastercard or DBS COMPASS VISA principal card application form (“Application Form”) via the Designated DBS Omni to the Bank, and submit all supporting documents required by the Bank within one month from the date of application.
2.New Customers mean those applicants who during the New Card approval process have not applied for, do not currently hold, or in the 12 months prior to the date of application for the New Card, have not held and/or cancelled any principal credit cards (including co-branded cards) issued by the Bank.
3.New Customer must download DBS Omni mobile application (“DBS Omni”) (if applicable), register and activate DBS Omni account within 1 month of the New Card issuance date to be eligible for receiving MyiCellar eCoupon HK$200 (“Extra Welcome Gift”), the relevant Extra Welcome Gift will be credited to eShop under the DBS Omni account of New Customer in the form of e-coupon code in November 2020. The conditions of use of MyiCellar e-coupon are as follows:
i.The e-coupon value is HKD200 and can only be used at MyiCellar mobile APP.
ii.The e-coupon will be valid until 30th April 2021.
iii.The e-coupon is valid for minimum spending of HKD200 or above.
iv.The outstanding amount must be settled by DBS credit card.
v.The e-coupon code must be input at the check-out page of MyiCellar mobile APP.The Bank and the participating merchant will not accept any liability should a New Customer fails to input the e-coupon code before ending the transaction and that results in forfeiture of the New Customer’s eligibility to the Extra Welcome Offer.
vi.The e-coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.
vii.The e-coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and other products.
viii.In case of any dispute, MyiCellar reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the offer.
4.Each New Customer can enjoy the Extra Welcome Offer once during the Promotion Period. Forthe avoidance of doubt, if New Customer has successfully applied for more than one New Card with the Bank by submitting multiple Application Forms to the Bank, he/she will only be entitled to one Extra Welcome Gift in respect of all applications submitted during the Promotion Period.
5.Extra Welcome Gift is only available to those New Customers whose New Card accounts are determined in the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing, remain valid and not in default during the Promotion Period and when the Extra Welcome Gift is issued. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a New Customer’s entitlement to the Extra Welcome Gift.
6.Entitlement to the Extra Welcome Gift is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the New Customer, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Extra Welcome Gift from the New Customer’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
7.The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Extra Welcome Offer. The Bank’s decision is final.
8.The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
