One of three exciting opportunities - Biondi-Santi Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Rarities Vertical Dinner with Special Guest, Mr. Tancredi Biondi-Santi

To celebrate our partnership with the great estate Biondi-Santi and being able to bring these wines to you here in Hong Kong and in Macau, Mr. Tancredi Biondi-Santi, the sixth generation of the family, is coming over at the end of November to share these special Brunellos with you. Come join Linden and Tancredi for an in-depth discussion of what makes these Brunellos unique.

The three-night dinner series begins on Wednesday, 28th November, with a rare vertical of the Riserva spanning from 1955 through to 2011 including the outstanding 1955, 1975 and 1990. This dinner will take place at three Michelin starred 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo and be complemented by the culinary creations of Chef Bombana including our favourite this time of year, truffles.

We’re thrilled to be able to share these Italian gems with you in partnership with what we consider to be some of Hong Kong and Macau’s finest chefs and wine teams. Sangiovese is one of the most exciting grapes for chefs to combine with food owing largely to the acidity in this grape, enabling it to work with a range of dishes. The wines of Biondi-Santi are traditionally made, so they showcase the Sangiovese grape at its finest. We hope to see you on the 28, 29, or 30 of November, or perhaps all three nights to experience for yourself the legendary wine of Biondi-Santi.
