We are pleased to invite you to a wine tasting hosted by Ms. Celine Sabon, the third generation of Clos du Mont-Olivet, who will visit Hong Kong in March.

Founded by Séraphin Sabon in 1932, Clos du Mont-Olivet is a family-owned and managed estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, covering 20.5 hectares of vineyard located mostly in the northern and eastern part of appellation. With a patchwork of soils - galets roulés, sand and clay, the Sabon family cultivates all nine allowed red grape varietals for their flagship blends to create a unique harmony of terroirs and grapes in this historic region.
