Are you ready to eat heaps of ton fresh seafood on the waters on a traditional Sampan Fishing Boat? This is the ultimate dining experience and we gurantee will be the highlight of your trip to Hong Kong! Please note that the boat is moored and anchored to the Typhoon Shelter.

Prior to the dinner, we will first experience an ancient Chinese Folk Ritual known as "Villain Hitting" by a professional "Villain Hitter" by the name of Granny Chiu. After being freed of evil spirits, we will embark on the sampan at the typhoon shelter for a scrumptious and fresh, full on 5+ courses of seafood for dinner. We will of course try the infamous traditional Spicy Typhoon Shelter Crab that even Anthony Bourdain couldn't stop raving about.

The number of dishes will vary depending on the number of guests & is subject to change without prior notice. This is a typical menu for 2 guests:

• Fresh prawns
• Clams in black bean sauce
• Razor clam with vermicelli and enoki mushrooms
• Typhoon shelter crab
• Chinese Kale
• Stir fried noodles with crab meat
• Chinese hua diao wine

What's the refund policy?

PUBLIC TOURS & PRIVATE TOURS

Tour cancellations are made only through an email request to: info@humidwithachanceoffishballs.com.

• If you cancel at least 7 day(s) (calculated from your confirmed event start time and date) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Please be understanding in the fact that the vendors we work with only have a limited number of supplies, time & resources; therefore, your cancellation could result in a cancellation of the entire event if we do not meet the minimum quantity of guests. Please do let us know as soon as you know if you won’t be making it to one of our tours.
