Hautes-Côtes de Beaune 產區生物動力種植的先驅

1984: 迪迪埃-蒙喬維特（Didier Montchovet）創建酒莊

1984 年，Didier Montchovet 先生在 Nantoux 租下了一塊 0.5 公頃的葡萄園，創建了我們的酒莊。這位年輕的釀酒顧問兼品酒講師出身於 Nantoux 的一個葡萄種植世家，他在葡萄園里采用有機和生物動力種植方法，傾聽並尊重自然。我們是勃艮第第一個獲得 Demeter 生物動力認證的酒莊。

當人們剛剛開始重新考慮 "全化學 "的方法時，當風土的概念和勃艮第氣候帶不可估量的價值還沒有被所有人充分認識時，迪迪埃-蒙喬維特是其中的一小撮先驅者，他們早在這個詞成為時尚之前就開始討論和實踐生態友好和團結一致的葡萄栽培法，這是真正的可持續發展。他們熱衷於向他人傳授知識，並與許多其他葡萄酒莊園分享了自己的專業知識，其中既有小莊園，也有知名莊園，激勵他們走這條尊重人類與環境共存的道路。

1990 - 2020年：酒莊逐步擴張

多年來，酒莊通過購買其他小塊葡萄園擴大了面積，但始終堅持紮根於 Hautes-Côtes de Beaune 區 Nantoux。1990 年左右，兩塊占地 5 公頃的大地塊，即 Montagne de Cras 和 En Bignon，被種植上了 Lyre 栽培的葡萄樹。原來的葡萄樹在 20 世紀根瘤蚜危機後被鏟除，因此這片土地從未經過化學處理！

現在，越來越多的法國和國外客戶開始青睞酒莊的葡萄酒。在氣候條件較差的年份，為了保護自己的生意，迪迪埃-蒙喬維特從 Volnay 等風土區的一些葡萄種植者那里購買經過認證的有機葡萄。Boris Champy 繼續以 Petit Aigle 的名義收購葡萄。

如今，酒莊占地約12公頃，有兩個大區域：

上伯恩丘（Hautes-Côtes de Beaune），包括克拉斯山丘（Montagne de Cras）、勒克魯丘（Le Clou）和恩比儂丘（En Bignon）。

3塊相距不遠的地塊： Pommard En Bœuf 和兩個 Beaune 1er Crus： Aux Coucherias 和 Les Vignes Franches。

If a refund request is received 48 hours or before prior to the event, an 15% administration fee will be charged, and remaining amount will be credited for your next purchase and valid for 6 months since event date.

If a refund request is received within 48 hours prior to the event or after the event, no refund will be eligible.

Ticket will be fully refundable with medical proof dated on the event date.
