Abbey of HAUTVILLERS —— DOM PÉRIGNON的诞生地

Hautvillers 修道院，一切開始的地方。據傳說，大約在 650 年，一只鴿子帶領在山間散步的 Saint Nivard 來到這里。在鴿子最終停在一棵山毛櫸樹上後，Saint Nivard 在鴿子神秘飛行的指引下，認識到了上帝的旨意，於是決定在這里建立 Hautvillers 修道院 。從 1668 年起，Dom Pierre Pérignon 就開始通過釀造非凡品質的葡萄酒讓這座修道院為世人所知。修道院坐落在香檳區最美麗的地方之一：俯瞰山谷，周圍是葡萄園覆蓋的山丘。修道院寧靜肅穆的美景和精神遺產知道今天仍激勵著 Dom Périgno 酒莊進行創新。
