【產區特色】

Burgundy是世界葡萄酒產區中的珍寶，以其獨特的「風土」（Climats）聞名，這是聯合國教科文組織認定的世界文化遺產。

每一個「風土」都擁有獨特的地理和地質特徵，且釀酒師對其進行悉心培養，創造出多樣風味。

從Dijon到Beaune，這片60公里的土地上共有1247個「風土」，使勃艮第葡萄酒顯得多姿多彩。

【葡萄品種】

勃艮第以其出色的Chardonnay和Pinot Noir葡萄品種而聞名於世。

Chardonnay帶來了豐富的水果風味，如蘋果、柑橘和奶油，而Pinot Noir則帶來了細緻的紅果風味，如紅莓和櫻桃。
