Flavour: The front half of the tongue is hit with an astringent citrusy sensation, but with a complete absence of bitterness in the throat. Very smooth beer, in the best tradition of Belgian brewing. Appearance: White, compact and persistent foam; a straw yellow hue, free from suspended solids but with a yeast haze; soft carbonation. Bouquet: Citrus notes, warm yellow flowers (dandelion, chamomile), almond and peaches in syrup.
