The complex bitterness is created by the blend of honey, roasted malt and hops. Full-bodied. Appearance: Foam: beige, compact, persistent, fine; liquid: dark, free from suspended solids, possibly with a yeast haze. Fine perlage. Bouquet: Distinctive notes of chestnut honey, balsamic (chestnut with linden), and bitter herbs, torrefied, light caramel, the alcohol emerges as the drink warms up, waxy, woody aroma reminiscent of beehive frames.
