With the depth and complexity that comes from being matured for 16 years in a combination of American Oak casks and the finest Sherry butts, this expression's warm and fruity notes are enriched by an engagingly spicy sweetness.
For the colour, it is rich golden amber and the nose rich scented floral and sweet raisin aromas with spicy nutiness. Besides, the palate is smooth and full with sweet, floral and spicy flavours and notes of plum and gentle oak. Last, the finish is long, warm, spicy fruitiness.
All our single malts are made with the best local ingredients of barley and soft water from nearby mountain, Ben Rinnes. Our expertly crafted new spirit is usually matured for a minimum of 12 years both in the finest hand-picked Oloroso Sherry butts and American Oak barrels. It’s this double cask maturation which subtly brings together the characteristics of each cask to create a truly rich and rewardingly complex range of single malts.
