Description:
Straw yellow color with greenish tints. The nose is intense and persistent, with marked fruity and floral fragrances. The taste is well-balanced with good structure, and is accompanied by the sensation of fruitiness on the nose and the palate.

The Estate of Alberto Longo is located, just North of Puglia, in the town Lucera. The Longo family has 35 hectares of vineyards, planted to indigenous varietals. Graziana Grassini (student of Giacomo Tachis) captures the rustic yet balanced nature of the region's indigenous varietals in Puglia.
Wine Making:
Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then kept on fine lees for 3 months for ageing.
