Arianna Occhipinti began making wines in her home area of Vittoria, Sicily in her early 20s. She decided her style would be one of finesse and elegance and perfume over power. Today, her vine holdings are 22 hectares of Nero d’Avola and Frappato, and a hectare and a half of white grapes Albanello and Zibbibo. Arianna Occhipinti has become a seminal figure for a new generation of wine lovers.

Maceration and fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, daily mixing. Aging On the lees in stainless steel for 6 months, then 1 month in bottle
