This wine has a lot to offer in an elegant package, with layers of juicy black current, prune, lots of spice-anise, black pepper and clove joined by hints of espresso. These flavours are a carried effortlessly in a silky texture. Supple tannins that show on the long finish.

A life dedicated to the vineyard among the ancient black soils of Monteforte d'Alpone. A man who has taken the fruit of his father's labour to bestow upon the customer one of the most interesting Garganeghes out there. Uncompromising in the search for quality and in the interpretation of the prestigious soils he has at his disposal. A finesse and elegance in wines, always marked with a pleasant mineral taste. Born as an expert in white wines, he has now arrived at the wonderful Morandina adventure. An organic vineyard at high altitude in the soaring valley of Mezzane, for authentic and intense wines.
Wine Making:
Fist selection of grapes, dried in plateaux for 2 months. The grapes are destemmed, pressed and vinified with delestage followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation for 15 days in vertical stainless-steel vats. 2 years aging in tonneaux and barriques and assembly for the last year in 20hl Allier oak casks. One-year bottles aging before commercialization.
