The family farm "La Valle" of Lisa Michele from first family run, has evolved over time until you get to be one of the first farms "Jersey" nationwide for the best farms per kg of protein. Today, in addition to the components of the Lisa Family, there are 5 specialized workers who take care of every stage of breeding. The farm is composed of a stable, with an adjoining milking parlor equipped with the latest generation of equipment, in which cows for the production of raw milk are raised. Since 2010 the company has been breeding highly selected jersey dairy cattle, purchased in Denmark. In the company there are over 400 garments that have an average production of 7700 kg of milk each. Enrolled in the AIA (Italian Breeders' Association) it is among the first Companies in Italy for the best breeding of Jersey breed per kg of protein.
