Description:
Bailly-Lapierre offers this "Brut de Charvis" traditional method, developed after aging on slats for more than 12 months and a bottle of foam. Wine of conviviality par excellence, it presents itself under a pale gold dress with green reflections. Its fine bubbles release in the flute aromas of white flowers moving towards the brioche. In the mouth, it is balanced and has a nice freshness. A great price-pleasure ratio.
Winery:
Bailly, our village here in Burgundy, is the birthplace of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne. Since 1972, in an underground quarry providing unique natural conditions, we have produced sparkling wines that belong to a world of enchantment. They come from superb noble grapes, hand-harvested then vinified and patiently matured. Our wines, sprung from the bedrock yet finely chiselled, carry one away with their intense, truly mineral freshness.
