The 2015 vintage continues Black Stallion's signature profile of a slightly softer, and approachable Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This rich and refined wine doesn't require years of further aging to achieve ideal balance and enjoy upon release. The full-bodied structure is a hallmark. The wine opens with stunning aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and toasty scents; the palate is concentrated with bold, velvety flavors of cassis, plum, blackberry, and dried apple. Intense mouthfilling fruit lingers on the palate and ends with a beautifully elegant finish.

Located on the grounds of a historic equestrian center, Black Stallion Estate Winery is the latest addition to the distinguished collection of wineries in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. Each of the varietal they produce is handcrafted and carefully blended from small vineyard lots. Each lot is fermented and aged separately in our cellar until just prior to bottling when they carefully blend these lots together to achieve wines of balance with layers of complex flavors.
