One of the historical cellar of Barolo area founded in the middle of heighten hundred by G.B.Burlotto today recognized as one of the father of the Barolo. Still on the hands of the Burlotto family, today at the fifth generation, the cellar cultivate 16 hectars in the villages of Verduno, Barolo and Roddi.
Wine Making:
Whole cluster fermentation in open vats tanks of French oak for two months. Ageing in big barrel of French and Slovenian oak for 33 months. Bottling without any fining or filtering.
