A fine and persistent bubble embellish a green gold colour. This Blanc de Blancs reveals the purity of Chouilly's Chardonnays. Aromas of chalk, citrus fruits and grapefruit, notes of pear and apple are accompanied, in mouth, with a nice tension and a hint of saltiness.
