Description:
"Color: Ruby with violet hues. Bouquet: Full bodied, intense and elegant with hints of ripe red fruits well balanced with spices and vanilla aromas contributed by the barrels during the ageing. Taste: Very good structure, the tannins are ripe and persistent perfectly combined with the bright freshness of Sangiovese. Aftertaste long, soft and pleasantly fruity."
Winery:
"Col d'Orcia, an organic Brunello producer. It is our mission to produce the best possible wines that the exceptional combination of soil and climate of this part of Montalcino can achieve. Since 2010 the whole estate is farmed following exclusively organic agricultural practices. This project culminated in 2018, with the release of vintage 2013, the first Organic Brunello from the estate. We can rightfully define Col d’Orcia as an organic island in Montalcino."
