The starting point for these wines are Grosses Gewächs (GG) Rieslings - hand-selected grapes from our best vineyards, gently processed, fermented and matured in wooden barrels. Instead of 12, the RÉSERVE wines stay in wooden barrels for 24 months, on full lees, without bâtonnage and a further 36 months in the bottle before.
