We produce this large, dry wine from one of our oldest, ungrafted plants in the Graacher Himmelreich with vines that are on average 130 years old. In addition to a lot of power and elegance, the wine has wonderful vineyard peach and herbal notes and combines these with deep minerality - truly heavenly. This top-quality dry wine sits on the full yeast for twelve months until bottling. In addition to its fascinating aroma, it also has a great structure and natural harmony for a long life.
