Color of the wine, ruby red with violet reflections in the first 6-8 months after the harvest; it becomes garnet if aged from 1 to 3 years. For the bouquet vinous, fragrant and fruity when young, it becomes intense and persistent over time with hints of rose passito. The taste, dry and rightly tannic when young, which becomes softer and more sapid over time.
