Aromas of fresh lemon zest, some mandarin, chives, yellow apple and subtle walnut flow into the nose. The yellow apple is clearly visible on the palate. Memories of honey are at the same time replaced and carried by the fine acidity. A long but gentle finish that focuses on the lemon zest and slightly oily aromas. It comes a little salty, spicy and is an exciting and varied companion!
