Description:
0 g/l RS Fresh, floral, rather angular nose and build. Lots of acidity and astringency. As though determined not to be too rich but in fact it's just a bit too much like hard work at the moment. Quite phenolic.Gravel-alluvium. RS 5 g/l, TA 5.6 g/l. Fat and fleshy, and nicely perfumed too. Thick, gloopy texture and there's a pleasant crispness to the peachy fruit.
