Description:
Subtle, elegant style with no apparent oak. Dry and pithy and enjoyable, but modest in complexity. Richard Hemming MW
Lively with sweet spices and white flowers - this is a fine, lean Grenouilles with balanced acidity. Good length and balance with juicy flavours. Tasted in: Burgundy, France. Maturity: Drink.
La Chablisienne owns 7 out of the 9 ha of Grenouilles. Stony, minerally and very focused. Nice, classic style of Grand Cru Chablis. 50-50 tank and oak blended into this wine. Very pure and focused. Well made with good length. Will be bottled spring 2013. Tasted in: Burgundy, France. Maturity: Young.

La Chablisienne
The vineyards of Chablis covers 6,800 hectares in 20 villages. Of the 4,700 hectares in production, La Chablisienne alone represents nearly 25% and produces every one of the Chablis appellations since 1923. These wines, coming from a mosaic of "climats" or vineyards plots, provide a pallet of emotions marked with a truly mineral touch.
