Description:
Robert Joseph (UK Wine Writer) formed this co-operative with one of the original flying winemakers Hugh Ryman and his friend the wine label designer Kevin Shaw. You can read more about their approach at www.hughkevinandrobert.com. The wines at this tasting were assembled mainly at the Jean d’Alibert co-ops in the Minervois with some organic wines made with Olivier Azan. Plastic cork. Smart if slightly unnecessarily heavy flask. Contains 15% Viognier, which is much more florally obvious on this wine than on the Greener Planet Viognier/Sauvignon Blanc blend above. Nicely balanced and very smooth and satiny textured. Very competent mass market wine. Jancis Robinson
