Established in 1996 by Marco and Francesca Satori, Roccolo Grassi has quickly established itself as one of the foremost proponents of quality in Valpolicella, widely praised for its Amarone, Valpolicella and Soave. When most of the growers in the region are sending their grapes to local co-operatives, Roccolo Grassi is giving full attention to its 14 hectares of vines applying sustainable viticulture practices. The winery is focused on producing wines that are modern in style yet “traditional” in both their flavor and character.
