Description:
Just 5% whole bunch, 40% in oak. Still a bit youthful. Dry finish.Selection from five parcels from vines 40 to 80 years old. 31 hl/ha. All destemmed. 40% of the wine was aged in oak, of which 20% was new. Mostly 350 litre. Mid crimson. Very juicy, fresh and 'mineral' but with some sweet oakiness slightly getting in the way of what was undoubtedly very fine fruit.
