Pale lemon colour with creamy bubbles. Complex aromas of fresh pear, apricot, delicate flower and bread of crust and yeast. Rich to the taste, well-rounded with elegant acidity, sapid, dry with a long, persistent finish.
Winery:
The name of Santome is originated from Saint Thomas, a doubtful apostle who wanted to see in order to believe. The picture on the trademark means that “I am like Saint Thomas, I cannot believe unless I stick my nose in”. Tenuta Santome is a bit like this…… Santome Vineyards are all located in the Treviso – home of Prosecco, covering total 63 hectares.

Vinifcation: Charmat Methold (Sparkling process takes place in pressurized stainless steel tank called Autoclave – 60 days)
