Description:
The goal in this wine was fruit intensity but not oak or butter. It shows layered acidity and lots of fruit. Aromas of apple, some warm baked fruit, roasted nuts, vanilla, hint of cinnamon are very inviting. In the mouth it shows high concentration of dense fruit from opening though finish, opulent, very richly textured chardonnay. Very long on palate, flavors of baked citrus, golden apple, butterscotch, almond, hints of hazelnut come through. It has a lot of complexity but also zip and balance. This chardonnay will age well 3-5 years easily.
