Terrazze dell’Etna is nature, is passion, is Etna reflecting his unique land to the product: it is the desire to create excellent wines in a place where all it is possible. In 2008, the Bevilacqua family recovers, in the northern slope of Etna, the old terraces in Contrada Bocca d’Orzo, situated from 600 meters to 950, counting today 36 hectares of vineyards, olive tree, chestnut woods, cherry and oak.
Wine Making:
The grapes were hand harvested. After a lengthy temperature-controlled maceration on the skins, fermentation took place. The wine was then aged for 18 months in oak and then a further 18 months in bottle before release.

Red Fruit

Sweet Spice

Honey

Dishes like chili-spiked, deep-fried chicken lollipops, which are a Chinese-Indian specialty, and lo mein topped with chunks of peppery jerk chicken
